Take part in our Information Assurance Survey

In October 2009, the Cabinet Office released v3.0 of the Security Policy Framework (SPF).

The SPF reinforces the doctrine that security risks must be managed effectively, collectively and proportionately, to achieve a secure and confident working environment.

The release of the SPF coincides with 375 English and Welsh Local Authorities gaining Code of Connection (CoCo) compliance which allows them to access Central Government networks and applications through the Government Connect secure network, GCSX.

This survey was commissioned by VEGA Consulting Services Ltd and developed in association with LGC. It looks at how widely the key elements of the SPF and implications of the GCSX connectivity are understood across local authorities and the impact may they have on the modernisation and transformation Government.

The survey will take 10 minutes of your time and there is a option to enter a prize draw to win £100 for a charity of your choice.
