Other
DeHavilland's Campaign Challenge is a unique learning experience for public affairs, media and campaigning practitioners. It provides you with an innovative way of developing your professional skills and gaining valuable insight into working within the public affairs arena.
To succeed, you will have to use all your skills in public affairs, persuasion, negotiation and managing key stakeholders. You will have to juggle different competing demands and pit your wits against the brightest in public affairs. It's a competitive day, but your own development will be second to none.
An interactive workshop for practitioners
Concept
Delegates will be put into teams at the start of the day. Campaigning experts will teach the theory of campaigning and throughout the workshop teams will be required to solve real life policy scenarios whilst building a campaign that will be presented at the end of the event. Teams will be judged by assessors and awards will be presented to the best campaigners. Feedback will be given on the day and in written form at an arranged meeting.
Teams will be supported by their own expert to provide help and guidance throughout the day.
You will acquire the essential skills to:
- Influence and succeed in public affairs

- Respond to real-life situations
- Work in partnership both internally and externally
