Formerly MD of IBS OPENSystems, Bill has worked within the UK Local Authority and Social Housing sector for over 20 years.
In that time he has focused his attentions on delivering business applications and services that add value to our clients business.
Within the Civica Local Government business, Bill is overseeing further integration between our businesses and applications, which will provide substantial benefits for all our customers.
In his early career, Bill worked for organisations such as Pitney Bowes, Blick Software Systems and IBM. Bill is married with two children and is a keen golfer and avid football supporter.
