A man who runs a business which offers the elderly and disabled advice on choosing residential care is being paid by the homes to find residents, The Yorkshire Post reveals (p1).

Wyn Jones runs a service called 'We Care We Search', that advises people to take places in homes which pay him between £220 and £600 every time he finds a new resident.

Social services departments are condemning the practice, but it is not unlawful, says the Post.
