The North Wales child abuse tribunal which meets for the first time this week may name people as childabusers, even if they have never been prosecuted, reported The Independent on Sunday (p3).

Up to 100 alleged victims of abuse in children's homes in Clwyd and Gwynedd want to give evidence, and some want to name their alleged abusers.
