Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court yesterday rejected the appeal by a family against an eviction order from their Glenrothes Development Corporation house, reports The Scotsman (p4).

The Graham family, who must now leave their Glenrothes home, were accused by a sheriff for their 'persistent anti-social behaviour' towards their neighbours.

Ruling that the family could be evicted, Sheriff Patrick said she concluded that the family had shown a 'total disregard of the various conditions of tenancy,' the paper reports.
