Margaret Whoriskey, William Gent and Archie Robb have been appointed part-time commissioners of the Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland.

Each appointment is for four years.

Ms Whoriskey is currently clinical services manager of Fife Healthcare NHS Trust and a consultant clinical psychologist.

Mr Gent is currently clinical director, learning disability services at Central Scotland Healthcare NHS Trust while Mr Robb recently retired as director of social work for Grampian RC.
