Insurance premiums could be driven up because of arson attacks at The Boynes, near Upton upon Severn, Hereford and Worcester, and additional costs caused by protesters who blocked deliveries to the site could leave costs at an unacceptable level.

Trustees of the Faithfull Foundation want to convert a Victorian building, set in five acres and one and a half miles from Upton upon Severn, to house up to 26 male child abusers, provide a centre for abused children and facilities for adults in families where abuse has happened. But they are reviewing its future in the light of the extra costs, the Times reports.
