Coldharbour, part of the Civica Group and a specialist provider of software for the private and independent UK healthcare sector, has commenced a three-year contract to supply an integrated software solution for Audley Care.

The contract is part of a strategic review to modernise and improve efficiencies across Audley’s community care business.

Audley Care provides quality, bespoke home care for older people. With thirty years’ experience, it is one of the leading and most respected premium care providers in the UK.

Audley’s Retirement Villages also offer luxury, high-quality houses, cottages or apartments in locations throughout the UK, with a homecare service.

Audley required a robust system to cater for their expanding homecare business. The implementation of Coldharbour’s integrated Community Care, Mobile Call Monitoring, Data Analytics and Compliance solution is the latest step in Audley’s journey to modernise its systems and plays a key role in its wider transformation agenda.

The core aims of the Audley Care Community Care solution are to provide:

  • A solution set with a single point of data entry;
  • Accurate data to ensure compliance and delivery of care outcomes;
  • Group-wide data analytics and dashboards

Audley will benefit from Coldharbour’s Mobile Point of Care application for care staff and also a corporate solution that will provide group wide information in a format that will drive proactive decision making on all aspects of the rapidly growing business.

Paul Morgan, operations director, Audley Care, said: “We wanted a trusted IT partner with the skills, knowledge and commitment to help us achieve our goals. We’re confident that Coldharbour will help us innovate to meet the ever-increasing demands of our environment and the changing needs of the community care sector, ensuring we continue to be stable, successful, well supported and improve service excellence.”

Mike Moreton, sales director, Coldharbour, said: “We are delighted to be working with Audley Care. The selection process has been extremely collaborative and reflects the investment Audley has made in our product pedigree and experience in supplying highly scalable and proven solutions. Coldharbour will enable Audley to ensure quality is consistently high as the business grows, delivering systems that will enhance reporting and compliance management.”
