The Birmingham primary school whose headteacher education chiefs tried to remove from the post last month, has further troubles the Birmingham Post reports (p5).

Education chiefs found they were legally powerless to remove Noshaba Hussain from Spingfield Junior School after governors had appointed her.

A NUT spokesman said the governors has not listened to the 'professional advice ' of the local authority, the paper reports.
