Bromley LBC will plead guilty to a Health and Safety Executive prosecution arising from an incident at a care home.

The HSE alleges that a resident at a local care home suffered burns because the council failed to provide adequate protection to hot pipework.

The prosecution, brought under Section 3(1) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, is due to be heard next Wednesday.
