A social worker sacked for smoking cannabis while supervising teenagers in council care has won an appeal against his dismissal, the Daily Telegraph reports (p4).

The paper says that the social worker, employed by Gloucestershire CC, lost their jobs in September for allegedly being 'stoned out of their skulls' when taking youngsters on holiday in Devon.
