The paper say that film from a motorway video camera failed to show the accident in which 12 children and their teacher were killed.

Peter Joslin, chief constable of Warwickshire is reported as discounting excessive speed, adverse weather conditions and mechanical failure and said that there was no evidence of driver fatigue.
