The first publication to address housing issues in Wales since devolution has been published by the Chartered Institute of Housing.

'Housing In Wales - the Policy Agenda in an Era of Devolution' analyses the key housing issues in Wales, reflects upon the transformation of the political framework as a consequence of devolution, and considers how future housing policy will be implemented as a result.

The book sets out a historical background about housing stock, investment and planning and then addresses home-ownership and social housing. The authors go some considerable way to setting out a housing policy agenda for Wales.

The book is priced at£20.00 plus postage and packaging. For further information and to order your copy please contact Claire Jenkins on 02476 85 1720 or e-mail claire.jenkins@cih.org.
