According to recent research, more than one household in 10 now suffers from some form of neighbour nuisance.

Manchester is leading a pack of authorities which is determined to do something about it. They have already drawn up a new tenancy agreement.

It is claimed that thousands of pounds in rent are being lost in repairing homes abandoned by tenants sick of burglary, threats and harassment.
