East Northamptonshire DC chief executive Roger Heath is calling for the problem of unlicensed tipping in the county to be tackled by the county council as waste disposal authority.
Regular weekly inspections are made at recycling centres at Oundle and Rushden, and it is now suggested they be reduced so efforts can be concentrated on controlling the unlicensed tipping sites.
