Tip-offs from council tenants are being sought by Islington LBC in a crackdown on key-money rackets in which people fraudulently obtain council housing, says the Evening Standard (p17).

Islington is setting up a hotline so tenants can pass on information in confidence if they think they are living next door to unauthorised occupants.
