A row has erupted at a Liverpool council day care centre- after a Down's Syndrome sufferer was asked to stay away after being accused of making racist remarks to an Asian member of staff, the Daily Telegraph reports (p3).

Alice Walker, who made the remark after watching a video on African tribesmen, is reported to be 'like a child' by her sister and did not know what racism was.
