The£86m Eden Project, three giant bio-domes built in a disused clay pit

near St Austell has become a hugely popular tourist attraction for the area,

reported the Independent(August 11, p7).

Cornwall Enterprise, the local economic development agency estimates that

traffic coming into the area has increased by 8 per cent in the last year.
