The Financial Times (p8) reports that a food park is to be created in south east Cardiff as part of a Cardiff CC strategy to create 9,500 jobs over the next 15 years.

Gregory Byrne, the council's director of economic development, described it as 'the most significant industrial development area left in Cardiff.'

Nearly£200m of public and private sector investment is envisaged and the council has already committed£15m to provide access roads and infrastructure, says the paper.
