The traditional dependence on the car by staff who work at business parks could be changed, partly by new government policy guidance PPG 13, and partly by new initiatives such as one proposed by Hillingdon LBC, says an article in The Times (p41).

The council submitted a single regeneration budget bid in September for a new rail link and transport strategy for one of the UK's leading business parks - Stockley Park near Heathrow.

A new intersection between rail and the M4 would enable fast connections to the airport, Uxbridge and other town centres.
