£150 million have been stripped from local authority housing programmes, the ADC said today. This, combined with the ending of relaxation of rules on capital receipts will cause a 22% spending drop.

ADC Chair, Paul Jenks said: 'Council spending on housing is being pared to the bone with cuts announced in the Budget.
