Next week Labour leader Tony Blair's wife Cherie Booth will represent a local authority in the court of appeal in a test case over employees' conditions, reports the Western Mail (p5).

Ms Booth is also scheduled for two weeks from May 19 to sit as a judge in the City of London and Mayor's Guildhall county court considering personal injury claims and breaches of contract.
