What is Hays Executive?
A leading search and selection specialist with a dedicated public-sector division. Hays Executive works with councils to provide innovative search solutions to the recruitment of specialist and general posts, and tailored competency-based selection techniques.
What did you do before?
I started as an accountant and joined Hays in 1989. I've never looked back.

From a recruitment prospective, recognise you are likely to be competing for the best people. Put significant effort into how you market your organisation.
