Environment secretary John Gummer will today announce the go-ahead for a 400-acre Channel Tunnel freight terminal in Warwickshire, The Birmingham Post reports in an exclusive front page report.

Mr Gummer will give his decision on the project following the conclusion of discussions between the developers and the builders of the Birmingham Northern Relief Road.
