A report into a housing estate in Neath says that it has become a no go area populated by drug takers and rowdy youngsters after dark.
The Western Mail (p5) reports that Neath and Port Talbot CBC housing officers say that gangs and some unruly tenants are making life unbearable.
The report which goes to the council's housing committee today underlines the findings of a comprehensive survey of housing estates in the area.
Director of housing Robert Rees told the paper: :'From the estate reports it can be seen the overall situation in the county borough is good. However there are a number of disparate areas which need to be considered in a planned manner.'
