Plymouth City Council is to alter council housing tenancy agreements and to begin to use court injunctions in a radical new move to combat vandalism, the Western Morning news reports (p6).

The council will introduce new agreements under which tenants could be evicted if either they or anyone else at their premises carries on any 'illegal or immoral practises'. Injunctions will be issued to stop tenants causing a nuisance.
