The thoroughfare housing the 'hideous' Marsham Street towers in Westminster should be renamed 'Gummer Street', says the editorial in the Evening Standard (p9).

Plans to demolish the DoE headquarters 'must cause the public to feel more charitable about the environment minister himself, whose smiling features have long loomed over Westminster's political landscape.'
