Childcare facilities in rural and low income areas of Wales are still inadequate, according to a report due out next week, reports The Western Mail (p5).

The report, by chilcare promotion organisation Chwarae Teg, says research shows progress has been made in urban areas but where facilities are available they are too expensive for low income families.
