Sandwell MBC is to meet with police to discuss complaints about the behaviour of young people at a children's home.

The Express (p2) reports that local people have complained about the unruly behaviour of children at the Harvest Lodge home in Rowley Regis, West Midlands.

Council leader Tarsem King told the paper the situation was 'ridiculous'.
