Nottingham City Council is tightening security at two schools close to a unit for freed paedophiles at Nottingham Prison.

The council has brought forward plans to install security fencing around Seely infants and junior schools, and is fitting a£3,500 alarm system at the junior school. The first ex-offender has just moved into the unit.
