Scottish primary headteachers will deliver a policy document , attacking recent school reform, the Scotsman reports (p7).

The group is calling for an immediate reduction in requirements of the new curriculum for children aged 5-14. Scottish education minister, Lord Douglas-Home recently announced that reforms will be in place by 1996, a much earlier introduction than previously thought.
