Redhill and Northolt are being considered as 'feeder' or 'reliever' airports for Gatwick and Heathrow, reports the Evening Standard (p34).

Both have underused runways and are close neighbours of Heathrow and Gatwick airports. They are only minutes apart by road and could be even closer with a rail link, making transfers easy, reports the paper.
