David Tomkins, 51, was gunned down as he got out of his car in Lacey Green, near High Wycombe, on Tuesday. Penelope, his wife, found him dying when she returned home from work.

Police believe Mr Tomkins, who was working on a£30m scheme to redevelop Didcot town centre, could have been involved in a love triangle.

Adrian Littlebury, 53, of Hayes, Middlesex, has been charged with murder, possessing a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence and possessing a loaded shotgun in a public place.
