Written announcements are expected on: privatisation of Tilbury Port and reorganising the Port of London Authority; prison officers; the Serious Fraud Office; remaining provisions of Criminal Justice Act 1993; police reform objectives; British contributions to the IMF structural funds; and the EC council of Ministers meeting.

The House meets at 9.30 am, there is no oral question time. Main business is the Christmas adjournment debate, here MPs can raise any subject they like. The House is due to rise at 1pm.
