Written government announcements are due on streamlining planning, empty government houses, litter, setting up a new environment agency, roads in Wales, winding up the Welsh Water Authority, waste incineration, regenerating North Tyneside and the Cardiff Bay Barrage.

The Welsh select committee will publish a report on wind energy.

A backbench bill on the sale of Teeside airport will be introduced.

Main business is a three-hour debate on the summer adjournment during which any subject may be raised.

Afterwards, a series of debates on the Consolidated Fund Bill. Subjects include air pollution in London, the environmental regeneration of North East Derbyshire and road traffic.

In the House of Lords main business is continuation of the committee stage of the Deregulation Bill.
