A letter from Westminster city council leader Miles Young, in the Times, November 6, sees Miles Young saying he 'takes exception' to the views reported that the council's homes policy is one of 'social cleansing'.

In his letter Mr Young says that of the 1,100 flats sold under this scheme have gone to existing residents with the scheme aimed at letting tenants buy rather than bringing in newcomers.
