The Improvement & Development Agency's new-look management team is complete, with the appointment of two directors to handle its service delivery and policy functions.

John Hayes has left Deloitte & Touche, where he was head of e-government, to become director of services, while Pat Woodhouse (pictured), a former interim director of resources at Walsall MBC, is the new director of strategy, information and development.

They join executive director Lucy de Groot, and directors Ben Clayden, Martin Horton and Caroline Mikardo.
